Training & Workshops

Practical training built for hospitality teams.

Understanding psychosocial risk shouldn't require a law degree. Our workshops are designed specifically for hospitality operators — plain language, real examples, and content your team can actually use.

Why training matters in hospitality

Hospitality has some of the highest rates of psychosocial risk of any industry — high job demands, emotional labour, shift work, casual employment, and customer-facing pressure are all recognised hazards under the code of practice. The code requires employers to do something about them. Training is one of the most practical ways to start — it builds awareness, creates a shared language, and gives your team the tools to recognise and respond to risks before they become problems.
